HORRIBLE-DO NOT STAY
I was charged full price for a room I was unable to stay in due to a medical emergency. The management is RUDE and extremely unreasonable. They refuse to refund my money and could care less whether I was physically able to move or not. I was never told that you would be charged if you don't call to cancel. Being that it was a medical emergency my first thoughts weren't "I need to call the hotel"...but they don't care. I have never dealt with such cold, rude people. What sort of a business practice is it to take money from innocent, medically-ill people? HORRIBLE
