Highway Driving
Hi
I noticed that you posted the cons of Bloomington were the danagerous freeway exit. I was just wondering if you could comment if you think the driving around Bloomington is extremely difficult. I will be traveling there from Massachusetts by car but if the driving is to difficult may find another destination to drive to. Thank you for any information on this topic.

It is a crazy setup because first comes the on ramp and then the off ramp, but most of us survive the route. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, just watch out for merging traffic. If you can hadle Boston, you can handle Minnesota.

Most of Bloomington is on a nice grid system, so you certainly won't get lost easily. Nicollet divides the side streets east and west. Cedar Ave. freeway will take you into town ( stop lights after 58th Street). It can be tricky during heavy traffic, But Minneapolis drivers will usually let you in. Coming from Mass. you'll be fine
