Pricewas right ......bed was uuuurgh
I stayed in this hotel overnight in June 2010- I booked the room cause i thought the name had a good reputation and the pics looked good- Booked 2 dble beds -room 1061- Unfortunately thats where the reputation ends- One of the beds was either old or misused as it kept me awake all night!!- Not saying that both the beds were bad..as my wife said hers was very comfy- No, Im not an old grumpy F**t - I also own a motel so I know what im talking about- And my beds are always checked and de-comissioned at the first sign of failure and I dont even charge as much !! And before you think FAT- No im only 170 pounds !!The other point is that I would have thought these days we have state of the art sound barriers....well I think this motel forgot to place them between the walls dividing the rooms!!And yes I do have better things to do..but this has to be said so that the management can improve the situation for the next sucker ha ha ha !
Unique Quality: Good bits too...clean....good decor and very reasonable breakfast for the price..but without good sleep ...makes it kinda missing the point of my stay - GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP

Convenient location, very quiet room. Amenities.
I stayed for seven days in a ground floor room newly remodeled, redecorated with senior discount for a non-smoking clean room with large bed, Free breakfast is provided every morning. Internet access is wired to every room, and wireless access with a laptop was observed in use in the dining room at breakfast. TV with remote; additional pay per view channels not used. Location is conveniently just South of the 494 Interstate at Nicollet Avenue offramp. The Inn is exceedingly quiet construction with individual heat and air conditioning and NO freeway noise intrudes. I had a travel club senior discount, rates go up slightly weekends My average per night rate was about $55 with all taxes, well down from when I stayed here as the Baymont Inn 5 years ago. Bed was comfortable and maid service efficient. In-room coffee makers with a variety of coffees provided including decaf. Efficient two heat hair dryer in the bath. An electric steam iron and ironing board were standard in the luggage entry area of the room and were appreciated and used. Pay laundry one floor up. Local paper daily by pay dispenser near lobby. Free scheduled shuttle daily to airport and Mall of America nearby to the East. Many airline personnel stay here. Would highly recommend to most anyone. Call the Inn direct for best rates. 160 rooms.

The free breakfasts, in-room internet, hair dryer, steam iron and ironing board were all convenient and appreciated. Security to enter the Inn and all accommodation rooms except one main entry lobby is by coded pass cards, so felt very safe. Parking was just outside and convenient. No views to speak of and no pool. Not missed as I had a full outside schedule daily. One of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Heard absolutely nothing outside the room, ever! Many convenient restaurants (Perkins Family, etc nearby) and nearby gas stations for refueling rental car also. Auto gas in Minnesota was substantially cheaper than in California.
