This place is home to the Mall of America (aka the Megamess) and Oxboro Lake, which at one time was inhabited by a smaller relative of the "Prior Ness Monster" (see my Prior Lake Page), but it either got killed by pollution or escaped through a sewage pipe, which could explain all sorts of things in the area.
The place is also infamous for parties, which are usually busted up by the police at some point on account of unruliness on the part of the guests. Some brave (or foolish) few have even ventured into the lake on occasion.
