Wouldn't stay again
A heavy-handed "security guard" scared our children in the hallway on their way to the pool, was overly aggressive to teens on their way to the pool and was rude to adults in the lobby. We canceled our group reservations for later in the summer due to the attitude of the help and were graciously accommodated across the road at the Holiday Inn. Bigger pool, nicer staff. Our group consisted of ten families, so being rude to some of us resulted in losing ten rooms for two nights. Apparently, they don't need the business, even with the economy.
