I have been in some of the apartments here, and I worked in the building for the better part of four years. Its right downtown, across from Orchestra Hall. This is where a lot of the Minnesota Orchestra Offices are, (where I worked.)
The apartments are nice, most with a good view. They have a pool, hot tub, and workout area, a nice one! I used to sneak up there once and a while.
Unique Quality: as mentioned above.. they also have a bar and restaurant below.
