Papageorges Bistro at Michaels restaurant on Broadway downtown Rochester. The best dining value in town. At THIS TIME parking in city parking ramps after 5:00PM and on weekends is FREE but please check before making a parking decision also many businesses downtown(but not all) will validate parking. Clean safe streets and neighborhoods.
While at the Radison Hotel in Rochester, MN, I was able to listen for the DM&E local and see it pass by. The picture was taken from a 10th story window in the hotel. DM&E has about 3 trains daily through here. If you really want good pictures, there's a skywalk that is right over the tracks near the hotel's parking garage.
