Large suites near the hospital

I stayed here for 8 nights while in town to visit the Mayo Clinic (which is about 1 mile east). It's an all suite hotel and they really do try to make it like home. We were in a 2-bed/2-bath suite and it was very clean and pretty big. There was a fairly large living room and a kitchenette (fridge, stovetop, dishwasher). There were also 3 TV's and a DVD player, as well as free wireless. They also have free breakfast (really nice) and free parking in a secure garage. There was also free laundry (though detergent was extra). Also, if you need it, there is also a free shuttle to Mayo Clinic. The staff was amazing and they know exactly how to solve your problems and give you your privacy. The place mainly caters to families in town for medical treatment, so it's relatively quiet... although the last few nights we had a family with loud kids above us and the thin walls (or floor) really showed. The other thing (good or bad depending on who you are) is that they allow pets, so we occasionally heard some barking, but it really wasn't a major problem. It doesn't have it's own restaurant, though there is a restaurant attached to it that offers room service. Overall, it's a great place, especially if you have someone if you're here for medical treatment, but I would suggest staying on the 3rd floor to avoid having to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around.
