made reservations online asked specifically if there was a dog fee for pets no, is what i was told when i arrived after my 3 hour drive i was told that there is a dog fee. I asked to be comped for it since I was so specific she refused to comp it and said that i should have made resverations at that specific location. I then called where I made the reservations and the information that they recieved from the hotel never stated that there was a pet fee. So thanks for making me drive 3 hours out of the way for nothing...... This is the ***tiest customer service you will ever recieve.
