Supposed Hauntingedge of townWhen this skating rink was built in the 1970's in a swamp, locals begged not to do so, for it had sentimental value to them. The builder dismissed their claims and built anyway. Later, it was learned that in the early 1900's, a young boy, Gilbert, lived in the area. Despite his mother's warnings not to venture too close to the swamp, Gilbert was found one day lying face down in the water by his father. It is supposed that Gilbert's ghost is responsible for many hauntings which include tampering with DJ equipment and turning on and off water faucets and lights.
