Downtown Business/Standard Accomodation
The City Center Hotel used to be a Radisson property but is now independent. I found it quiet and a little bit bland, but with very comfortable rooms. Also, I was able to get an excellent rate through Priceline. The only downside was the overnight Parking Rate in the garage.
I guess another drawback is that downtown St. Paul is pretty quiet at night. There's not a whole lot going on after 6 pm., especially on weeknights. If you are looking for interesting and diverse nightlight, you'd probably do better staying in Minneapolis.

Comfortable
Well situated hotel in downtown location. Parking was next door & the hotel validated ticket. We didn't get to use hotel amenities as there was a formal event happening. Ex. when we wanted to run into the bathroom we had to go up to our room on the 11th floor.
Our room was very large, tastefully decorated, well appointed and very comfortable. I hated to get out of the bed in the morning. Everything worked properly.
