the wake of Hurricane Katrina
that destroyed most the casinos,
the Imperial Palace (IP) has as
of January 6th, 2006, re-opened
it's doors to the public ....

found the staff to be helpful, the rooms have always been clean,
and there is plenty to do in the area.
