This is a wonderful and unigue boat tour , not your basic tour that takes you around outside the Harbour ,and then brings you back, we did not expect such a a great and exciting boat tour. This Shrimping Boat Tour will last about 70 minutes,and it will bring you out in the calm waters between the Biloxi shoreline and Deer island.
The Captain of the Shrimping boat will not take the boat on its Tour when the winds are in excess of 20 mph
Rates for this Shrimping Trip. Adults $11 Children (4-12) $7.00
Children 3 and under Free. (The rates will be changing in 2004)
Group rates for 20 and over,no reservations required for groups under 19

BRIELMAIER HOUSE

Built in 1895, the BRIELMAIER HOUSE is one of the most beautiful and unique residences in Biloxi. Paul W. Brielmaier designed and built the exquisite Victorian ornamentation and woodwork.. The three-room, T-shape design of the house is quite rare in this region of the country. Among other notable features are: the unique lattice-work gallery, three elaborate, hand-carved mantles and hand-stenciled detail on the molded trim around the doors, windows and floors.
The Brielmaier House currently houses the Biloxi Visitors Center and is located at 710 Beach Blvd.
Visit Ocean Springs just across the bridge

If you're visiting Biloxi you might enjoy a trip to the neighboring city to the east, Ocean Springs. A quaint downtown shopping and dining area where you can stroll and enjoy the afternoon... Terrific finds in an out of the way location... great food... and a pretty dog-friendly city as well (dogs are welcome on the beach in Ocean Springs but prohibited on Biloxi Beach!). It's a 10 minute drive from Biloxi casinos and well worth the trip!

All week, most of the people we spoke to said that this was the best buffet in town....
I had been a good boy all week, and decided to splurge for a large (quantity & variety) meal on friday.
It usually costs about $15, but is $20 on fridays because they add Prime Rib and Alaskan Crab Legs to the selection.
Back Bay

The Back Bay is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the noisy casinos. Here you can boat, fish, or spot wildlife like turtles or even the occasional alligator. The Back Bay is under the flightpath at Keesler Air Force Base, so you can get an up-close and personal view of the C-130s landing over the water. Just keep an eye out for the barges if you are out in a little skiff.

Q: cheapest way from airport to Treasure Isle Casino? do they have shuttle? "unable to find info on transportation from airport other than taxi...does anyone know if the hotel offers shuttle, or if the city..."
A: "Do you mean, the "Treasure Bay Casino"?
I see that the casino website has only driving directions, which implies that there is no public transportation nor casino..."
