First of all, let me start by saying that I highly recommend Towneplace Suites. From the first day to the last, I have felt at home and, more importantly, at ease.
The rooms have full kitchens, with plates, silverware, pots, pans, and all the other necessities for an amateur chef. The wireless internet service is nearly flawless, and it's very high-speed. Even the bed and couch are soft and comfortable like the ones you have at home.
The staff is friendly, entertaining, and skilled. They know how to treat a person who is staying somewhere for an extended period, taking care of the little things that makes one feel like they are at home.
The cleanliness is impeccable, with service taking place every single day, flawlessly repeating what is expected. The room is always clean, and it always smells good. They even do the dishes if you happen to forget them one morning!
Because it's intended for long term stay, there is one very unique quality that sets it apart. Twice a week there is a social gathering arranged by the hotel. Whether it's beer, wine, and snacks or just a get together, the hotel tries to arrange a place for travelers to mingle and feel like a family.
If I ever happen to travel to Jackson again, I know where to book my room.
