HORRIBLE PLACE

If you value your safety, DO NOT STAY HERE!! My family and I had someone try to gain entry into our room in the middle of the night. The only reason the person did not get in was because the little metal bar on the door. When my husband and I heard the metal bar catch,it woke us up and my husband was able to slam the door back shut. When I called the front desk and told the lady she said, well, let me know if it happens again. HAPPENS AGAIN!!!!! I could not believe she said that. We left that day even though we had plans to stay for another night. I had to move furniture in front of the door. My kids were too scared to pack up and leave in the middle of the night so we stayed until daylight. This was the first time my family and I feared for our safety on a vacation. Please think twice before you stay here.

real american keycard

Just south of Natchez along highway 61 is the Days Inn. It has 123 rooms. There is a pool and breakfast is complementary.

The most fun thing were the keycards. They had the image of the USA flag on them.

Close to the Historic Area

We arrived into Natchez early in the evening and just chose this hotel out of the book mainly for the location of being close to the Historic District and also the Grand Village Indians. The hotel is still undergoing renovations in some of its rooms which are fairly basic but comfortable enough. They offered a complimentary breakfast of cereal, fruit salad (tinned), bagels, toast and mini muffins.
