This was not the worst stay ever but it came close. The bed linen had private hair on pillow. The carpet was dirty. The tub drain did not work. The rug next to ice machine was soaked for 10-15 feet and no one seemed to care.
A great hotel, high on the picturesque bluff above the Mississippi River and across the Visitor Reception Center. Rooms are spacious with 2 double beds, TV and fully equipped bathroom.
The hotel has the most beautiful view of the river. You can enjoy this great view sitting at the swimming pool, eating buffet breakfast in the restaurant or, when you are lucky, from you hotelroom window.
