Convenient place to stay
From the second we walked into the hotel, until the time we left, the staff has been nothing short of being FANTASTIC!!!!!! Jan, Brandon and Angela have and continue to be nothing but helpful and wonderful. They answered any question, gave suggestions which were all on target and the room was clean and accomodating. We actually got a call from Jan, the manager when we got to our room to make sure that everything was ok!!!!! It is located at the end of the strip so there is not the congestion as there is at the other hotel locations. It is right off of Shepard of the hills which is the back way to get around and that relieved a lot of traffic stress. The morning buffet has been nothing but good and the hospitality is outstanding. We would recommend this accomodation to anyone....make sure you see our new friends, Jan, Brandon and Angela!!!!!!!! Thanks to them, our first time stay at Branson was great.....you will see us again.
Unique Quality: The staff......even down to the crew who clean the rooms.......didnt get a chance to use the pool, our stay was cut short do to an unexpected situation. The lobby was clean and inviting.

Good Place to stay in Branson
This was our first trip to Branson so we had no idea about a good location for a place to stay. This Hampton Inn is all the way to the West end of Branson. We drove in from the South and East and had to wait for lots of traffic coming that way, but this place can be accessed from the West quite easily avoiding traffic.
The room and bathroom were clean - the sink was outside the bath/toilet area. There were plenty of electrical outlets and they were easily accessible for my laptop, etc. All the lights had 100 watt bulbs. Now that we are retired and travel in the fall and the days are shorter we spend more time in the room, so good lighting is important.
The lobby/lounge area is connected to the eating area which gives a nice open feel. There is plenty of room for conversation, playing games or using the free Internet in the lounge. This area also overlooks the bright sunny swimming pool - nice planning for this Hampton Inn.
Morning breakfasts were good. One morning we had fajitas served with eggs and sausage mixed together with salsa as a topper. The other morning we had sausage patties and fried eggs with white gravy. They also had plenty of yogurt, bagles, toast, muffins, and a bowl of fruit. There was always plenty of food setting out and it was hot.
There is a Cracket Barrel about 5 minute walk west and across the street is an Olive Garden.
The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. They had cookies and hot chocolate out on Thursday night when we got there but no cookies on Friday or any weekend night.
Our room was cleaned for us when we were gone and was ready when we returned early in the afternoon. We did not have a flat screen TV in our room but some rooms did have them.
