staff was wonderful///stay awful
we had heard great things about this hotel so we stayed last sat we pd 230.13 for our room had 2 adults 4 young children we had no running water which meant no baths no sink water and no stools could be used....as of 11pm that night we still didnt and we were told sorry thats all....they offered no bottled water or anything of course you could of bought it but with the price you pd for a one night stay it really upset us...we had to take the kids across the street to mcdonalds to use the bathroom ...the staff otherwise was very nice to us
