Rude Abusive and Horrible Hotel and Management

I do not reccomend this nightmare to anyone. The General Manager is immature and rude and abusive, from reading the last guys review about the screaming kids and all night noise that they did nothing about wondering why they did opt to call the police on me for calling corporate from their lobby to discuss the managers misstreatment and lack of resolve of my problems with my booking. Apparently even though I was not yelling, cussing or acting violent or threatening in anyway I was soooooo disruptive that she felt she needed to call the police on me and waiste their time. Nothing came of it of course, but I guess screaming yelling out of control kids with little parental supervison does not require a call to the police. Good to know. If your smart you will not book here or the Lees Summit location cause if they are book they will just move you here with little or no notice then denie doing it and blaming it on you then keep your money with no room.

Unique Quality: worst general manager I have ever seen and I travel 4-8 times per year.
