The hotel/lodge doesn't have a business office even though they tell you they have one. It is located inside the Mountain Mall on the second floor. You can print out documents and fax them from here. A fax costs about $3. If you only print a few pages, it's free. Printing boarding passes is also free. They also let you use the internet but not sure what that costs.
