Not the best for the money.
This is on over priced hotel for the money. The restaurant on the top level has great atmosphere, but is also on the expensive side. For a dinner for 2, you can expect to spend better than $80.00
Unique Quality: It is believed to be haunted by a madam from Billings. She is seen in her green riding outfit from time to time, especially on the 23 floor where the radio stations are. She has been smelled in the elevators. Also for some time there was a haunting in the elevators that has stopped. They used to get a call at the front desk at 3:20am from the elevator, but no one was there. Finally they decided to try calling elevator at 3:20am. Someone answered, but no one was there. When they got to the elevator, no one was in there, but the phone was hanging from the cord.

Sheraton Billings Hotel
Stayed here two days in August 2003, and was not impressed. The breakfast at the Lucky Diamond on Sunday was really awful. Indifferent to worse service and mediocre food. Have had better food & better service at Hardees drive-up. Room was average, and not especially clean.

Best Business Lodging in Billings
For business travelers, the Sheraton Billings is probably the best bet. Though a bit worn and dated in its decor, the beds are extremely comfortable ("Sweet Dreams" brand--the equivalent of the "Heavenly Beds" found at sister Westin hotels.)
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Views from my room were incredible, although I did hear some nearby train crossings late and night and early in the morning.
Unique Quality: Views are good; service good; location can't be beat. On the block next to the hotel is Billing's famed best bakery, an excellent restaurant (see my Restaurant Tip for "Q Cuisine) and a martini bar.
