Couple of good teams

Billings has a pretty good hockey team - it is the Bulls. We often place towards the top of the league here. Never saw that side of my sister until I saw her at a hockey game - oh my!
We also have arena foot ball with the Outlaws. That is actually fun to watch.
Then for baseball in the summer there is the Mustangs. There was a new field just built for them. Good for the family. But my fondest memory with them has to do when my daughter (now 19) was in the hospital as a toddler. She had just gotten an IV put in and was not happy about it when one of the players came by handing out pendants to the children. This little blond haired girl lifted her arm up to him, pointed at him and put a big tear in her eye. Never saw such a big guy melt that way LOL. I think if I had not been there he might have just taken the thing out.

Billings is a regional center for shopping, entertainment, medical facilities, and just about anything else. You would need to drive at least 8 hours in any direction to find a bigger town.
Here is Billings from the air - any visitor who arrives in Billings via airplane will see this sight.
