Stayed one night in April. Asked for non-smoking & was given an awful, stinky room. I did not complain to manager, but have told everyone what a crappy room I got. Word of mouth is the best advertising. No in-room coffee, either! I stayed at the Kelly Inn the next night, where I got better service, much cleaner and non-stinky room, in-room coffee (and iron & board) for only about $5 more.
