I have lived in Montana most of my life......a little here.....a little there..... Missoula is where I live currently and it is the cutest little town. About 60,000 people in Missoula and the surrounding area around 200,000 people. It is a super hip little town. Very artsy, with an amazing amount of outdoor activities.....fishing, hunting, skiing, cliff jumping, rock climbing, rafting, hiking, snowmobiling, swimming, running, mountain biking, etc. etc. etc. Seriously, if you can do it outside then you can do it in Missoula. Easy to travel in and out of from the Missoula International Airport. If you want to see more of the scenery in and around Missoula check out the movie "A River Runs Through It". Based in Missoula.
