This was an excellent mid-market hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms and an ideal location for visiting Yellowstone National Park. Being in the cente of town meant that most of the local bars etc were within a block or two - easy staggering distance!
We were a tad unfortunate to have visited the same week as the Arctic Cat snowmobile convention which meant that hotel rates were quite high that week, but in the greater scheme of things, $100 a night was still reasonably good value for money.
A couple of minor moans were that the TV channels were a bit limited and the internet connection was patchy - but I wasn't too worried about these having spent the evenings in the bars down the road :)
Unique Quality: What particularly stood out during our visit was the standard of service, particularly the very helpful front desk. On checking-in I enquired about snowcoach tours, this was swiftly arranged and confirmed within minutes.
After checking out we found that our car was stuck in the snow in the car park and when I went to borrow a shovel to dig it out, there was what I assume to be the hotel's maintenance guys in the lobby at the time, who immediately offered to help and that was sorted no problems.
As a minor addendum: Although the stay was relatively expensive there was a special March deal for my TripRewards points which gave me enough points for 1/3 rd of a free night at any of the participating hotels, so that was a minor bonus.
Directions: Coming into town from North is on the first main cross street to the right.
