Great German Cuisine

"Edelweiss German Restaurant"

We would go to lunch at the Edelweiss restaurant in Bellevue while I was working out at Offut AFB. The food is truly excellent the best German food I've ever had. The staff was German and very friendly.

Favorite Dish:
Jagerschniztel and you have to have some of their Black Forest cake!
