INSIDE THE BOB AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA
INSIDE UNION STATION, PREPARING FOR A BANQUET

University of Nebraska basketball is played in the Bob Devaney Sports Center on campus. A nice facility but not a whole lot of parking available in the area. We suggest arriving about two hours early to get a decent parking place, then you can stroll around before the game starts.

Lincoln is the capital of Nebraska, however with a population of a little over 200,000 it´s only the second largest city of the state, Omaha being a lot bigger.
Lincoln´s main street is the O-street, yep, streets have letters in Lincoln!
I spent a few days here visiting a friend, and I really enjoyed this big city´s flair (coming from a small town in Iowa!) People seemed to be a lot of fun and there was big action going on at nights (again, coming from Iowa...) ;-)
This is the Nebraska State Capitol (skyscraper capitol), the tallest building around!
