Roach Motel
I would like to comment about my 4 week stay at Value Place- Lincoln. Sheets were dirty and smelled really bad and there were cig burns in spread. The windows can only be opened a couple of inches because they have locks on them. If there is a fire in the hallway you will be trapped. I saw several spiders and roaches in my room and the cleaning service rarely showed up to clean my room. Bring your own toilet paper and soap because after the 1st one is gone you have to buy your own. You will be charged for Toll free calls and any other calls you make from your room. They will automatically bill you to swap you dirty sheets and towels unless you tell them you do not want this extra service! The clerk at the front desk was rude and needed more training.
Unique Quality: Huge iceburg chunks of snow in the parking lot wreaked havoc on our SUV's suspension. Staff asked us if we could help out by shoveling their snow!!!
