Omaha's Best.
I stayed in the DoubleTree in downtown Omaha over a long weekend for a wedding. This is a basic hotel, close to the airport, suitable for businesses and families alike.
Basic accommodations, probably one of the better hotels in the area; however, the service was really great! There was a shuttle service offered by the hotel, and they took us to locations outside their normal route (ie, the airport).
Its proximity to the "Old Market" is great; it's about a 5-10 minute walk from this cute up-and-coming district, with unique shops and restaurants.
Unique Quality: They give you fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies at the front desk when you check in, or if you are nice and ask!
