    Customer service is excellent bar none! Also it is great after a long day (or evening) on the Strip to come 'home' to a quiet non-gaming hotel.

    For those of you who don't want to deal with the noise, slot machines and crowds of the strip but yet want to be close to everything Las Vegas has to offer, this is the hotel for you (they are just minutes southeast of the Las Vegas Strip and east of Belz Factory Outlet World).

    It's a non-gaming facility with a casual friendly atmosphere, located two miles south of McCarran International Airport at I-215 (Airport Connector) and Warm Springs Road (Exit 7) in the McCarran Center business park. A very modern facility with spacious rooms and many of the same amenities found at the resorts, you just don't have to pay the price.

    Everyone at this establishment is top notch and they really know how to pamper their guests. My hat is off to the manager of the facility and many compliments to the Food Service Manager for putting together a spectacular surprise (chocolate chip cookies, strawberries dipped in chocolate, Asti Spumante, roses and a birthday balloon).

    Also, for breakfast or lunch (and maybe a late evening snack) there is an Au Bon Pain Cafe in the hotel. For a more complete meal, there is an Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar out front.
