WORST HOTEL IN VEGAS -- DIRTY--Filthy--NASTY

Stayed at this location tonight and let me tell you ....I got my stay FREE through Choice Hotels website and I am a member.....well....at :12:36 AM ....it was hotter IN THE ROOM than out....so since the ENTIRE hotel is on a central air unit NOT controlled room to room....but by the lazy illegals at the front desk.....they say well other people have complained about it being too cold IN THE DESERT....then put a blanket on.....so the illegal tells me to leave (in the best english he can mutter out) and that he didn't know if I wold get my points back or not...so I call customer service and file a complaint....at which time they informed ME...that if I leave NOW I had better get my points back.....they said that it is unacceptable that the front desk person acted immaturely and that he was WRONG and that my comfort is what is the important thing here.....My check out time was to be at 2 pm tomorrow....but the other illegal couldn't figure out how to type 2 pm and left it at 11 am......dumb dumb dumb......so I specifically put on my reservation I prefer a 2 queen bed room....well dippy puts me, my husband and our daughter in a KING single bed....ummmm....2 means 1+1 ....and queen means a little smaller than king.....and I had called ahead asked for a ground floor...of course dippy not only puts me in a King bed room for the three of us...BUT upstairs....ya apparently READING is an issue that training and orientation failed to cover......
So when we first checked in...give the AC a few hours...we leave....go to dinner and to see a show...come back...IT IS HOTTER IN THE ROOM than out...stupid illegal at the front desk procedes to tell ME....I should just "open the window and enjoy the fresh air" Umm hello it is Las Vegas....one of the TOP highest crime capitals of the US.....so I tell him we are on the STRIP and not down by MGM....so we should keep the window open to sleep comfortably.....and then what??? get raped by some drunk crackhead or .....get robbed by the oodles of homeless vagrants and illegals that are randomly walking through here WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS....I would recommend ANY of the choice hotels in the US....I am FROM Las Vegas...but we got into town later and sign our lease tomorrow....I have stayed ONLY at choice hotels...and this.....this is worse than hotels in Tucson or in Gary Indiana.....it is a messy nasty joke....I am in room 140 which is one of their "best" rooms and this is the treatment we get.....NEVER STAY HERE>>>>NEVER.....unless you want to sweat and not be able to sleep at all...worry about your car being either stolen or broken into for the spare change a homeless person can use.....make sure you don't hit a homeless person begging for money at the front entrance.....SCARY PLACE DO NOT BRNIG YOUR FAMILY OR LOVED ONES HERE....an enemy or EX spouse maybe...if you hate them.....but I would even bring a DOG to this hotel.....it is that bad...and I NEVER complain about hotels I stay in roughly 16 days out of the month in a hotel for business.......I have NEVER encountered a hotel this dirty .... NASTY ....and unprofessional....I would drop them if I was Choice Hotels..take it off your site...it is a disgrace to their name!!!!!!!! The wall has a hole in it the electrical plug is broken off.......there is only WIFI in the front lobby....it is a pathetic joke of a hotel....heck the extended stay no tell motels look cleaner than this bum & illegal alien riden hell hole

A: "West Rim is closer to Las Vegas, but is a huge tourist trap. It isn't actually located inside Grand Canyon National Park. It's a privately run casino / resort type place."
