The Nugget is not only the best hotel downtown; it may have the best customer service in all of Las Vegas. I do gamble some (I'm not quite a high roller--yet), but I am always treated like a queen at this hotel! The dealers are super-friendly, and the rooms are nice (the best ones are in the North Tower). You will feel like you are staying at a great hotel on the Strip, but at half the price.

The pool is beautiful and clean, but smaller than the ones on the strip. Some rooms have great views. The casino lounge has a nightly show, and the Carson Street Cafe serves the best grilled cheese I've ever had!
