We found this delightful Italian wine bar in here, cannot remember its name, the wine was superb and we had an assortment of cheeses to go with it, it was quite peaceful in there you didn't notice the hussle and bussle that was going on in the rest of the hotel.
The only downfall was that they didn't serve coffee, but you can't have everything.

Perhaps my second favourite hotel in Las Vegas.
Great rooms, although finding them can be a little tough as the hotel layout is somewhat confusing.
Facilities and amenities are all that you would expect of a Strip hotel.
Unique Quality: Try the rollercoaster.
'The Bar at Times Square' where they have dueling pianos most nights is excellent singalong fun.
Perhaps 'Nine Fine Irishmen' for imported beers in a reasonable facsimile of a Irish Pub. Good food can also be found here.

Visit Coney Island, ride the roller coaster, go to the arcade and have a Nathan's hot dog. Also there is Coyote Ugly, plus restaurants and of course, the casino. A bridge over the the Strip connects you to MGM Grand.

I Love New York!
I just LOVED this hotel! It seemed to have everything for everyone!
For food aficionados you have all your fave New York eateries RIGHT HERE!
For outdoor lovers who feel outta place in a place like downtown Vegas...the "Central Park" feel in the casino area is GREAT! I just loved the feel of walking up and down lil' boulevards with trees and all!!
For thrill enthusiasts...this place even has a rollercoaster! And WHOA...it's a jolt!
For comedy-lovers...you gotta see Rita Rudner's down-home and cozy show...I just loved it.
Sports buffs will like the ESPN sports eatery...large screen TV and lazy-boys included!
Bar Hoppers (although I didn't visit myself) should enjoy the local "Coyote Ugly" bar...it sounded like a lot of fun from outside. :)
I've heard a Cirque will be added to the establishment soon too! How perfect!!
Unique Quality: The look from the outside is terrific. I haven't stayed here YET, but plan to soon. If I do...I'll update this :)

NYC for ME
Hotel shaped like NYC skyline and NY themed. Perfect for Manhattanites who are afraid to leave home. Reasonable "rent." Fast room service. One of world's largest roller coasters travels inside and outside of building. Best things include faux Greenwich Village with fake steam coming out of fake manhole covers, "Imagine" memorial to John Lennon (find it), FDNY fireboat out front has become a FDNY memorial shrine.
Unique Quality: Great rooms, great food, great views, not very much walking required, close (pedestrian bridge) to MGM, Excalibur, Tropicana hotels. One of the better kiddie game rooms on 2nd floor. Pool so-so, closes early.

NYNY is a great hotel to stay and they had a deal one: if you stay there 3 times you get one stay free. So you need to search those kind of deals before you go in vegas...

The Casino that never sleeps
New York, New York. My most favorite hotel. The building looks the skyline of the Big Apple. Between the skyscrapers and the Statue of Liberty a rollercoaster rides through the city. The casino inside is bigger than big. Room prices vary. Depending on weekdays, events and so on. Location: at the Strip.

Circus Circus, New York New...
Circus Circus, New York New York, The Luxor, Paris, and all the other ones I didnt mention. Its not hard to find a hotel in Vegas, theyre everywhere.

Transport From Airport
Hi Can anyone tell me the easiest way of getting from the airport to the New York New York Hotel. Is it possible to arrange for a Limo to collect us?

Lots of taxis to help you, just go outside once you collect your luggage and get in line, won't take you long at all.

Agree. Simply take a taxi from the taxi stand at the airport to the New York New York Hotel Casino. They have attendants at the taxi stands that keep it well organized and relatively quick. It is a law that you, the passenger, can tell the taxi driver the route to take and in the case you should do that. Tell the taxi driver that you want to go New York New York via Swenson Avenue and Tropicana Avenue, NOT through the airport tunnel. This will save you some money.

I'm next door to the NY NY hotel right now! The cab is $11.50 and no extra charge for up to 5 people. Piece of cake!

If you choose to take 1 of the shared shuttle services, consider these points:
1) They take several people and therefore stop at multiple hotels. It could take you forever to get to yours.
2) They'll offer you a discount to prepay for your return trip. Don't do it - You may decide to take a different mode of transportation (i.e. Taxi) when you go back to the airport so your return fare will be wasted.
A cab will cost you a bit more but it is well worth it.
