 | Las Vegas Paris Las Vegas Reviews | Tips 51 - 60 of 75 | | Have never stayed here although i hope to in the future. Good location opposite the Bellagio. The Eiffel tower and the Arc De Triumph are a 50% exact replica of the real ones in Paris, and look spectacular at night when they are lit up. You can also go up the tower and see some amazing views from the observation tower as well as eat at the Eiffel tower restaurant if you wish, although its not cheap as you would expect. The first thing I notice as soon as I set foot inside.. is the ceiling! Well... I almost got fooled. It took me a few seconds to actually realize that they were ceiling and not the actual sky hehe Yep, they painted the ceiling sky-like and it was so nice. So, it's always a nice weather inside the casino.. oh yes, the casino is just right at the main entrance! So, it's always a nice day at the french land :) I don't think the gamblers care anyway, but I do think they put that way so that everyone thinks it's always daytime in there, so non stop gambling 24/7 :D Talking about gambling... I don't think Paris is a great place to gamble, why? because I didn't win any hehe
Well, I didn't have time to visit the pool hehe, it's always cool inside the hotel, we did go out a few times, which was unbearably hot, and we would go back inside the hotel after a couple of hours outside. Oh yes, Paris connects to Ballys, which there are a lot of stores (shopping!) gift shops along the way, not to mention different restaurants also. There were a few entertainers along the way. I left my camera in the room (darn) oh yes, the entertainers are called moving bronze if I'm not mistaken and people would stop and look at them, they are of course painted in bronze and pretend to be statues and move really slow that you don't really know they are moving unless you pay close attention to it. It's pretty kool Leave a Comment Theme: HotelPrice: US$180 and up » Currency ConverterComparison: about averageWebsite: www.parislasvegas.com Map: Paris Las Vegas

Although we didn't stay at this hotel, we explored it...I very much wanted to stay here, but life goes on! Despite the super fancy dining and shopping, this place really doesn't resemble the city of Paris much. It's hard to take a quiet, romantic stroll through a casino or shopping mall. Check for specials, because sometimes room rates for this place drop really low. Eiffel Tower Restaurant: Very good French food eleven stories above the Strip and just about the most expensive joint in town. This is the fanciest and most "romantic" restaurant at Paris, and you have to dress accordingly. They serve traditional French cuisine. Make reservations in advance and try to be there for sunset. Shopping Mall: They have a cobblestone shopping mall between Bally's and Paris. There are mimes and bread boys wandering about, as well as too few benches and swarms of pushy people.
Eiffel Tower Let's see, it's half the height and more expensive than the Stratosphere Tower, plus the viewing deck is covered with mesh and very small. But if you cannot make it to Paris, this is second best. Located above the casino, this is a 50-story, half replica of the Eiffel Tower, originally built to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution. Visit the French restaurant on the 11th floor for a breathtaking view of the Strip. Or take the elevator all the way to the top-floor observation deck. The Arc de Triomphe A two-thirds replica of the original Arc de Triomphe is located right outside the hotel's front entrance. The names and dates of Napoleon's victories are inscribed on the monument. The Louvre The original opened in 1793 and is now the richest museum in the world, housing the "Mona Lisa" and "Venus de Milo." The replica of the Louvre facade is located on the north corner of the casino front. The Paris Opera House The original Paris Opera House had a stage large enough to hold a cast of 450 performing artists. Visit the replica of the Paris Opera House facade at the south corner of the casino. The Hotel de Ville Now the Paris City Hall, the original Hotel de Ville is 800 years old. The replica of this historic landmark is located behind the casino.
