Family rooms in hotels on the Strip

by ColinToon

Does anyone know of hotels on the Strip that have rooms with 3 beds in?
My family consists of 2 parents, one boy 17, one girl 21.

We would prefer to stay in one of the resort hotels on the Strip such as Luxor, Mandalay Bay etc.

I've had suites with two rooms and 4 beds before, but pricey. You'd be best to contact your choices of hotels directly to see if they might have adjoining rooms that could accomodate. They may have a fold out couch as well to accomodate.

There's a "suite" site about a mile west on Flamingo but I believe it is only accessable as a timeshare. +

Travel Tips for Las Vegas

how to save on room rates

by marora99

A good way to find room rates is to first get an idea of the average cost of a room by going to www.vegas.com and www.lasvegas.com. Once you've decided on a few hotels go to the hotel website or call them. In my experience I have gotten cheaper prices directly from the hotel website. WWW.cheapovegas.com will give you the links and phone numbers of different hotels as well as provide you with other tips on vegas.

New Years Eve In Vegas

by aussie79

Celebrations in Las Vegas are insane. Ringing in 2003 the city welcomed over 350,000 guests to help celebrate New Year's Eve. This picture was taken while leaving my lens open to catch the streams from the fireworks.

Explore every hotel. British people could never imagine how big and fantastic these hotels are because there is nothing like them here. I had done my research before the trip but it has to be experienced, you just cannot imagine how fabulous they are. Only in America!! The first hotel we explored was Paris. Because I have never particularly had a hankering to go to France I didn't think this hotel would bowl me over. How wrong can you be! The shops are like old Paris streets. You would think you where strolling outside, it's not like you're inside a hotel. And then of course there are the restrooms. I walked in the ladies restrooms and my first thought was 'will people think I'm completely mad if I snap a photo in here' Just as I was thinking this another women came out of the stall and started snapping away with her camera. So Shyanne and I got our photo's too. Then we were on a mission to find restrooms that were more fancy than these, but we never did. This is Shyanne posing by the basins. Check out her Las Vegas pages about our trip too.

Get a room with a view. I doesn't matter -- it could be the night lights on the strip, sunrise over the desert mountains (the gamblers will see the sunrise when they go to bed; folks like me see it when we get up,) or sunset over the desert mountains -- they're all breath-taking. I was thrilled by the desert. I've never seen it before. It has an eerie, subtle beauty that is very compelling and makes all the more glaring the man-made excesses of the Strip.
