Tropical Fun!
There are two different resorts with the name Tahiti, one is Tahiti Village which is the time share section, while this one caters to the day to day customers. My hubby stayed in this one for training for his work. He was really satified with the accomdations and it was very easy to find. He stay is the basic room which had a mini kitchen with stove, frig, and microwave. He had a great view of the inner pool area covered with palm trees. He said the bed was comfortable and the service was friendly. It had a lovely lobby and plenty of parking. Plus, he said there were restaurants right next door. He mentioned we should check this place out the next time we visit Viva Las Vegas.

A: "West Rim is closer to Las Vegas, but is a huge tourist trap. It isn't actually located inside Grand Canyon National Park. It's a privately run casino / resort type place."
