Fantastic Staff

We have been staying at the Flamingo Laughlin for about 3 years. The service is excellent all staff members are polite, helpful, interested and ready to respond to all your needs.
If you have a complaint there is an immediate response.
The rooms are fancy but they are very clean and comfortable, but who goes to Laughlin to stay in the room.
The comps are very generous and the Casino Hosts are fantastic.
We prefer Laughlin to Las Vegas because of the personal service we receive and fewer children running around.
Enjoyed the Flamingo Hotel in Laughlin

We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful time. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The slot machines were looser than in Las Vegas. Also I enjoyed shopping at the Horizon Outlet Store which in within walking distance. If you eat after 10:00 p.m.
buffet price is only $1.99. Get a slot card and all buffets are $1.00 off. We paid 99 cents for buffet.
There is not much evening entertainment but movies are within walking distance.
The rooms were clean. The food was similar to Dennys. You get what you pay for.
All the employees at the Flamingo were wonderful, helpful and made our vacation at Laughlin enjoyable. I highly recommend the Flamingo in Laughlin
Don't Plan To Stay There Again

Have been to Laughlin 4 - 5 times per summer over the last 10 years.
Have stayed at almost all of the hotels there at least once, but had returned to Flamingo over and over. Did not stay there last summer, but just returned from a trip there, and facility is so run down, it's awful. Our room had sheets and blankets with holes, peeling wall paper, and a bathroom with mold on the tub grout. Chairs were stained as well.
Hallways floors were so stained, it was disgusting. Casino floor had duct tape covering up rips. Buffet had been redone, but seats where we were sitting were already stained. Elevators were slow and made terrible creaking noises. One was stuck open on our floor, during peak check out time. On the positive side, employees couldn't have been nice, but could not make up for bad hotel.

Stayed at the Flamingo on July 25 & 26. Everyone was polite and helpful. The rooms, we had 3, were all clean and the views were wonderful of the river. The price for 3 rooms for 2 days was cheaper than 1 night at Paris Las Vegas. The bartenders at the Alta Villa Lounge were the best. The machines did not grace us with big winnings, but we played for hours and came out ahead a few bucks. We will stay there again.

Is the Flamingo Laughlin connected to the Harrah's group for comps etc?
