We Had a Great Time at Pemi Cabins

We recently stayed at the Pemi Cabins for a birthday getaway and we were thrilled with our cozy cabin. The sounds of the river RIGHT outside our back door were lovely and had us sleeping better than we have in a long time! The cabin was quaint, clean, and comfortable, as well as very centrally located to all the local fun things to do (we enjoyed the hiking!). The property owners were very kind and attentive to our every need. We are absolutely looking forward to staying at these wonderful, very reasonably priced cabins again soon!

The rates are great!
The cabins on the river with screened porches are such a nice option. We really enjoyed the river sounds while we were relaxing away some stresses after being involved in an auto accident just days prior to our stay. The fireplace gave the cabin nice ambiance and even warmed it since it was cozy on a cool NH night.
I have a 3 year old son who absolutely LOVED his little house. I was pleased with the kitchenette, because it made a stay with a small child so easy.
I will definitely think of the Pemi Cabins when I need to get away for a night or a week.

The stay there was excellent. Very clean cabin and very nice staff. This is a family run business with very dedicated owners. I would recommend this to anybody interested in staying for a couple of nights. We had the smallest cabin and the only real complaint would be the size of the bathroom. It was a little small, but fine for the two of us. The porch was screened in and right on the river. Very enjoyable. Each cabin has a fireplace which is well kept and very clean.

My husband and I brought our daughter to the Mountains,to celebrate her graduation.We chose Pemi Cabins because they were affordable,and offer amenities like home. They were also near the attractions that we were interested in.We could have chosen elsewhere to stay,around the same attractions & rate plan. After reading the "Visitor Reviews" and visiting "Pemi's" Website, we decided to book our Cabin. We enjoyed our stay! The owners were friendly,and we look forward to returning in the future.

Loved our stay at Pemi Cabins

My three young children and I stayed at Pemi Cabins the last week of June. It was like having a home away from home. We stayed in Cabin 14 which has a kitchen, two bedrooms and a futon in the living room/dining area. The kitchen allowed us to eat in most meals. Since my youngest child has ADHD this made our vacation much less stressful. The best feature of our cabin was a brand new deck out back right next to the Pemi river.
The owners are very friendly, our cabin was clean and well supplied. We had such a good time that the day after we got home we called to make reservations to stay in the same cabin for a weekend this fall.

The stay was awesome. The river by the cabin was relaxing and the cabin was clean.
The Wi fi signal was a little weak and the phone did not work but the desk person offered to fix it right away.
All in all I love this place, no frills but totally relaxing and its romantic and quaint.
Can be great for a couples only get away for for a family as well!
Each cabin has a little deck facing the river and a little fridge.
A true bargain for the price and centrally located to various attractions!!
Will definitely stay here again!

The care and concern afforded by Rick & Kim is beyond all expectations ! Pemi Cabins has become our main place of escape, where there is true tranquilty of a place that you feel at home in. Pemi Cabins is in such a beautiful location right on the Pemi River that you can either sit on the porch and watch it--or listen to it at night--it will lull you right off to sleep ! Staying at Pemi Cabins is like being at home-- a homey & friendly atmosphere ----Thank You for sharing your little piece of heaven with Jerry & myself for many years.

Favorite cabins in Lincoln, N.H.

We highly recommend these cabins overlooking the Pemigewasset River in Lincoln, N.H. We loved hearing and seeing the river from the enclosed porch that every cabin has. The other treat that we loved is the wood burning fireplace that we used every night we stayed there. The owners keep everything clean and try to give you everything they think you need. I like the fact that they are trying to keep their prices from rising every year so that it continues to be affordable for families to go on vacations. They are constantly improving the cabins which shows they care about their business. Can't wait to go again next year!
Run the other way

Bring your sneaker and be ready to run the other way.
This place was not clean not cozy and the river noise was so loud I couldn't think.
We stayed in Cabin 1 and it needs to be cleaned. It looked like soda was thrown all over the walls. Also on the porch floor there was a yellow crusty substance on the floor.
This is not a place to sit back and relax.
