Morning Dove Inn: Classic NJ Shore B&B

This was my first overnight, alone, no husband or children in over 2 years. I was looking forwards to rest and relaxation and that is just what I found at this establishment. I went in March when Carol Lee, the innkeeper, runs a March Madness special. I stayed in the Swan Suite, a pastel-colored room, with a seperate sun room with mini-refrigerator and a private bathroom with huge jacuzzi. The room overlooked Silver Lake so my morning view consisted of watching swans land. The beach and boardwalk were visible from the sunroom as well. The B&B was 1 block from the ocean so I was able to easily accomplish my goals of enjoying long oceanfront walks followed by long soaks in the jacuzzi. The room normally ranges from $195-$250 a night but I got it for $95 the night for this special. Heavenly!

Unique Quality: Quaint house with the requisite antiques, pseudo-antiques, board games for rainy days, comfy furniture and glorious views.
