Ronald McDonald House: I don't recommend getting sick on purpose
I wouldn't really recommend staying in Camden overnight. However, when I was in the hospital, my family stayed at the Ronald McDonald Children's House, which provides very cheap rooming for people with critically ill (children) relatives at the hospital. They said it was very nice. God forbid you should ever find yourself in this situation, this is where you should go to stay.
Access to cooking facilities, laundry, very safe.
