Oakwood at Excelsior I and II

The Excelsior I and II are hi-rise rental apartment buildings in an upscale residential neighborhood of Hackensack. Oakwood has access to some of these apartments and rents them out as corporate lodging on a monthly basis. The minimum stay is 30 days. Oakwood therefore doesn't qualify as a "hotel" and shouldn't be listed as such. The nearest REAL hotel to Prospect Avenue would be the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights at 650 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. There is also a Best Western Oritani in Hackensack, but it is located several miles away by the Riverside Square Mall and not nearly as comfortable as the Hilton.
