bedbugs and rash
i got bedbug bites and a rash from sleeping at this facility for 4nights. at first i thought it was an allergy then my colleague said those look like bedbug bites! i went to the front desk and they praised how clean their facilitu is and didny even take a report! thought iwanted compensation and gave 50% off. umm hello, this is a legal matter and even needs to be reported at the end of the year! spoke with maria the general manager or lack there of, she just apologized....... hello! since its not IHG managed, just franchised i spoke with the indian barely speaking english owber. long story short all i want is my copays and medicine cost paid, and im still waiting...
