alright i am a jersey girl. i am from the shore and love the beach. if you need to know about veggie restaurants or fun places let me know. i grew up in lakewood and point pleasant, nj. i married a shore kid. my husband james is from manasquan, nj. we met in montclair, nj. which is a rad town. lots of veggie food a great diverse community. lots of nyc families that moved to the 'burbs when they had kids. i taught art in this community and it is close to my heart. monclair also has a few good tattoo places and good theaters. another fun town; redbank. redbank is the town the shore folk go to when they want to see a foreign film or drink fancy cofffee drinks that are not made by starbucks. but it also has great shops for records and used clothing and jewelry. fun. they have jazzy clubs and good sushi and veggie food.
