Let me start this off by saying the I did not make the travel arrangements for this trip. This is not a motel that I would have chosen. The rooms were small and crowded. We had a double room which consisted of two full size beds less than two feet apart, a small round table, two chairs and two dressers. The linens left much to be desired as they were low quality and didn't fit the beds correctly. The spreads looked as if they were from the 70s. The motel offered little soaps at the sink, but had no other hygiene items available. We asked for an extra pillow as we had 5 people in our room and only 4 pillows, but were told that there weren't any pillows. They gave us a ratty blue blanket that Gryphon could fold up and use as a pillow. Luckily my father in law had an extra pillow in his room that he let us use. The towels were low quality and scratchy at best. They were barely big enough to be called a towel. The motel had a small pool in the middle, but no life guard on duty. There was on onsite restaurant which left much to be desired. It took over an hour for us to get scrambled eggs and toast. At least the coffee was good. If you do decide to stay here, ask for a room away from the pool as the rooms on the pool side are very noisy due to the pool being open at all hours of the day and night.
