East Landis Motel: Fleabag Motel
Need a fix or a place for a afternoon delight? This would be your spot. Bring you own sheets as I imagine they probably don't change them.... The rooms are extremely cheap. If you are on a shoestring budget, the East Landis is where you would stay. But for your own safety I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I grew up in this neighborhood. The East Landis Motel and the Travel Lodge across the street are where the vagabonds, hookers, drug dealers and displaced make their home. These are NOT places you want to stay. The Travel Lodge recently got shut down for a bunch of violations. The building wasn't up to code and they were allowing people to live in the rooms there indefinitely which is against city regulatoins. Seek an alternative.
Ugh.
