For us best price and location.

Clean Motel room. (some of the places I have been in were real dives). Friendly staff. and very responsive for anything wrong.

Bathroom was larger than to be expected. Clean, and a seat in the tub, that was helpful.

Swimming pool and a sun deck with a side view of the ocean. (big hotels block a good view).

This Motel is at the Start of Wildwood right across from the Little Italy Restaurant. Nice peaceful area of Wildwood. a Block and Half away from the beach. One street to cross (with traffic light).

Cable with HBO. Included.

Brand new BBQ.
Three outdoor showers (with doors).
Washer/ dryer. (coin).

Paper every day. Not to sure on Sundays.

Three room apartments and a great deal.
Parking is at a limit here, be careful were you park.
