 | Albuquerque Hotels and Accommodations | Tips 21 - 30 of 67 | | Tip for Campsites on the US.... If you are camping and get to a place at night, where all the places are closed, don't sleep in the car. Get inside any campsite... Get a site, place your Tent and worry about fee's and burocracy on the next day... the security might wake you up realy early... just explain what happened and pay for the stay. It's better than sleeping on the car. Theme: Campground

As much as they come across looking and sounding quaint and very Southwestern, stay away from motels along Central Avenue. They can be dangerous and frequented by drug users and prostitutes. The safest areas to stay are the along I-25 (Interstate 25) at well-known chain motels if you're looking for inexpensive places. For better hotels, there are many new places going up. Stick to chain hotels that you know along I-25, in the Old Town or the Northeast Heights areas. Leave a Comment Theme: Motel

I stayed here for a couple of months, while working in the area. I was more than satisfied with the hotel, the staff, and the location. The hotel is conveniently located off I-25, only minutes from Old Town. The Sandia Tramway is close by as are numerous restaurants and eateries. Also not far from the Balloon Fest. The hotel provides a nice breakfast, as well as something to eat weeknights, from snackies to small meals. Very nice!
The view of the Sandia Mountains is very nice. The hotel is clean, and all during my stay, very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Room prices vary by season, you may well get rooms less than the amount indicated.
