Marriott is not the best place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at this location before and the experience seemed okay. Our first time was for a wedding. Unfortunatly the next morning we did not save our receipt and the staff charged us TWICE. We had to wait a week to get are refund and on top of that they did not call us and let us know that are payment was verified we had to go back to the hotel to collect are refund. We decided to stay again when our home had a leak under the house and are water had to be turned off. The experience was not good. The evening staff on Saturday night of Febuary19, 2010 was terrible. One woman in particular was rude. We did contact the general manager about our complaint. Sadly she failed to call us back but contacted us by email and sadly took the staffs input over ours! Too much details to go into. My advise is don't stay at this location. There are plenty of other hotels in albuquerque with SUPIOR customer service.
