Stayed here on a recommendation and still cannot understand why it costs so much for a room which is much more inferior than any room by Comfort Inn and its class!
First of all the rooms are tiny (in comparison to hotels/motels several rungs below its class!). I'd a non-smoking King *suite* which they claimed is 'handicap friendly'. Sure there are handrails in the toilet but why is the bath towel rack so high up the wall? I'm not a handicap but I'd think handicaps will find that the handrails are just decor, and staying here is the pits too.
Next the walls are THIN, you can hear your nextdoor neighbors very loud and clear. I got woken up twice at 5:00AM and 6:30AM from guests walking and talking along the corridor outside to and from the lift lobby.
Thirdly there is no wireless internet. Most of the budget motels already have high-speed wireless internet facility. Here in Hilton Gdn Inn & Suites it's so backward all you get is crappy LAN internet (wired) and one point of access per room only. It's also very slow, and we lost connection many times in a single day.
Fourthly there is no free breakfast! What could be worse than this hotel with a boutique name?? No fridge, no microwave, all no use! I will definitely not return nor stay in a Hilton establishment ever again! (The ones in my country are just about average, nothing spectacular for the price offered). You're probably just helping to fund Paris Hilton's extravagant swinging lifestyle!
Unique Quality: None. I wish they had even one!
