The hotel is an indoor hotel with easy parking access to the elevator. Our check in was quick without any problems. Luggage carts were available in the lobby. The room was clean, although the decor was lacking anything spectacular especially the bedspreads. The room had a dataport to where we had to use our wireless router to connect our two laptops. The tv of course had cable, all channels. The a/c was located right next to the desk, so sitting at the desk was not comfortable unless you wanted cold air blowing right onto you.
The beds were comfortable with pillow top mattresses and the linens were clean.
The bathroom was spacious and private from the room.
The hotel itself was situated off of I-40, however traffic noise was not evident from the room.
Restaurants were across the interstate, however most of the popular restaurants were on a road very difficult to get to, so if you are unfamiliar with Albuquerque, you might want to stay downtown unless you don't mind no Starbucks or unique dining options.
We had three pets with us and the hotel accomodated that with no issues.
This hotel does offer express checkout which makes checking out easier. Their breakfast is nothing special, cereal, muffins and waffles with juice.
Unique Quality: Pets are welcome
